I emailed them shortly after placing my order for a gift and told them I needed this to be a gift stating who sent it and gave them my gift note. They wrote back and assured me it would be sent. I found out that the recipient had no clue who sent it and had to contact the company to find out who it was. They read my note over the phone and they realized it was us. Other than that, we love their bows and their blankets!! Found them because it was given to us as a gift when our daughter was a newborn. This is a great company, great quality products, just wish it went better for this gift.
