Soft but small … I had to exchange it for a bigger size

I bought the mommy robe and matching swaddle set, and it is so soft! However, the mommy robe is too small so I sent it back for an exchange. I’m hoping it’s an easy process, but we’ll see. I will update how the exchange process goes once I receive it.

Worst Customer Service

Terrible!!! My package got lost in transit. I had to email their customer service 7 times before getting a reply. And even then it took a week before they offered a refund. Would never order again ever!
