Great experience once it was explained that it was an E-gift card. I tried several times to add the recipients address/email address to no avail. After contacting support, if was told that it was an electronic gift card and I would be able to forward it. Problem solved and very convenient!! My niece ordered a swaddle set for my great niece with the gift card and received the gift within a few days! I It was adorable. I had previously ordered a swaddle set for my new grandson two months prior. My daughter loved it!

Mother loved it!
It was easy to purchase & the gift card option was fabulous so the mother of the newborn could pick what she wanted - pics posted of the newborn had her swaddled in your product - mother was so happy & said the product was so soft that the new baby loved the feel of it.
